Parent Academy for Student Success (PASS) is a FREE program open to all families in Westminster Public Schools, available in multiple languages. PASS helps you open the door to opportunities for your children by providing the knowledge and skills to prepare your student for life after high school. Based on a program that has supported students and families for more than 37 years, PASS teaches you how to help your child prepare for college and careers—starting as early as elementary school!
We empower families by creating meaningful connections between home and school through our comprehensive program. PASS is a trusted resource that equips parents with valuable knowledge and practical tools to support their children’s academic, emotional, and social development.

PASS launched in the spring of 2017 and has celebrated multiple graduating classes since then. Cohorts have been held throughout the school district. More than 700 parents have completed the program and are now actively engaged in our school community!
Through PASS, parents learn how to build stronger relationships with schools, navigate the education system, and become active partners in their child’s success.

Nationally, PIQE has graduated 660,000 parents in 15 states, which has positively impacted over 2 million of their students in their quest to pursue higher education.
Locally, PASS offers an evidence-based program to Westminster Public Schools’ families, currently serving nearly 14 schools across the district. PASS has been offered in high school, middle schools, elementary schools and K to 8 schools, graduating over 700 parents and positively impacting over 1500 of their students in their quest to pursue higher education.
